Cancelation Policy
You can now cancel and reschedule your appointment online if before our requested cancelation period of 3 hours prior to your appointment. Any late cancelations or no-shows may result in a 50% charge.

You will receive a text and email confirming your appointment has been booked. If you don't receive your booking may not have been completed. Please check your online profile where you can see upcoming (and past) appointments.
You will receive an email confirmation 3 days before your appointment and a text reminder the morning of your appointment.
PLEASE confirm by replying with a "C" on text or hit the button on the email. If we do not receive confirmation you will receive a phone call reminder also.
